Per the Constitution & Bylaws Article III, Section 9. Honorary Membership: this will serve as a 30-day notice for petition of Honorary Membership for recently retired member Charles Luera. This vote will take place by secret ballot at the April General Membership Meeting. Brother Mark McConnell has made this formal request for consideration and vote for Honorary Membership for Charles Luera during the February 11, 2021 General Membership Meeting.
